Li Yongquan, female, born in 1971, associate professor, doctor. She has obtained a Master of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a Doctor of Laws degree from Chongqing University. Her main research fields are civil law, real estate law and civil procedure law. She participated in a number of provincial and ministerial-level projects and school-level projects, and presided over a number of enterprise projects. Her main publications are:Introduction to Construction Law and Real Estate Law(editor in chief),Comparative Judicial System(co-author),Legal System of the World Trade Organization (WTO)(co-editor), andUnified Contract Law(co-editor). She has published many artices in CSSCI Core journals such asChina Legal Science(English),Xuehai,Theory and Reform.
