Education background:

From 1997 to 2000, he studied in Southwest Jiaotong University School of Economics and Management, and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree;

From 1979 to 1983, he studied in Sichuan Agricultural University School of Economics and Management, obtained a bachelor’s degree.

Work experience:

In 1983, he graduated from Sichuan Agricultural University School of Economics and Management, majoring in Agricultural Economics and management. He stayed in Sichuan Agricultural University School of Economics and Management to engage in teaching and scientific research of management, and served as the head of the Department of Enterprise Management. In 1995, he was transferred to Southwest Jiaotong University School of Humanities and Social Sciences to engage in teaching and scientific research of international economy and trade. In 2000, he studied economics and management in Southwest Jiaotong University and obtained a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), and transferred the Southwest Jiaotong University Academy of Engineering Science Institute of Foreign Investment Introduction and Utilization to engage in the evaluation of China loan projects of international financial institutions; since 2005, he has been engaging in teaching and research in Southwest Jiaotong University School of Public Administration, and has successively served as the Director of the Department of Public Engineering Organization and Management and the Department of Public Administration. At present, he is the academic leader of public engineering organization and management.
