On June 16, 2020, after careful study by the Party and government federations of the School of Public Affairs & Law, it was unanimously agreed to set up a doctoral program in public management with four directions, namely, administrative management, urban management and social governance, aging career and industry research, and transportation public policy. The recruitment notice is now issued to the whole school.

1. The determination method of the responsibility professor is individual declaration and organization of investigation.

2. Responsibility professor is an honorary position to be applied to the whole school, but we put quality before quantity.

3. Responsibility professor's main work is the discipline construction, the writing of application materials, academic liaison and so on.

4. Candidates for responsibility professor must have the following conditions :(1) good personal character, professional ethics, innovation consciousness and team spirit; (2) Presided over national projects; (3) Hold a doctor's degree and senior professional title; (4) Publish research achievement at a high level.
